I only made it to the initial stage. Filled out the questionnaire and provided writing samples, but did not hear back. I realize they do not owe applicants an explanation, but it took a significant amount of time to fill out this application, and it would have been helpful to know how I could do better next time since I would love to work for this company.

There were 3 interview rounds which lasted 6 weeks in total. First round was with the director, second round with the potential supervisor, and the final round with 2 potential team members as well as the director again.
