Two steps. First one is via Weixin. HR asked me about the educational background, technique experience, weekly availablity via if hired. The second interview was via phone call with a group of candidates, competences and etc.

Entrevista
I sent my resume via email. Then I was contacted by HR in Beijing to schedule a phone interview though I applied for a position in Shanghai. The audio interview was conducted by two people and lasted for about 30 mins. I was approaved on the phone and asked to go to the office for further explanation.
