A 3 stage process: Began with a chat with MPG's recruiter, then an interview with the Art Director and Art Manager, then an interview with a UI Artist and the Creative Director. Fantastic, open, honest and relaxed conversations at every step of the process - There was a lot of dicussion around what I see as good UI development, and aligning with MPG's vision. All of this was super, and I really got the impression that the team were passionate about the work they do, and cultivated an environment where healthy interractions are commonplace and creativity thrives. Needless to say I was extremely impressed and was thrilled to accept the role when offered!
