I met the recruiters at my school career fair and after speaking to them they gave me a call to scheduled a interview for the next day. The interview was held by a HR person and a mechanical engineering. The HR person ask more personal question such as my volunteer experience and the engineer asked about my experience working in research and how it applied to industry.

Gave them my resume at a college career fair. Got a phone call later that day for an on campus interview. Interviewed the next day, and received an email the following week that I didn't get it (note those who did receive an offer were also notified around the same time).
