This was the most unprofessional interview process I've ever experienced in my career. There was a complete lack of respect and communication on their end. The hiring manager at one point said everyone had really great things to say about me and asked for my references and said he'd be giving me an offer the following day. Ultimately I ended up getting ghosted and having communications delegated to a new recruiter that late in the interview process which was really strange. After 3 additional weeks, the new recruiter ultimately said "they didn't feel like they have enough structure in place to offer me the right support".... Why even put me through 2 months of interviews if they didn't have the right structure. The recruiter said the hiring manager would reach out to me with more specific feedback and he never did. The fact that they couldn't respect me enough to do so, says a lot about the character of the people who work here and their company culture
