Entrevista
A recruiter called me to do a brief prescreen. She then set me up for a 2nd interview with the "National Hiring Manager" Paul Moses. He spoke to me and told me that I'd be helping him hire insurance agents and that I'd be paid $10 plus bonuses. It seemed somewhat fishy but I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Thank you for your feedback. Our National Agency Managers and Builders have the option of hiring recruiters under them to help them build their team and the interview process and pay is decided by the agency manager, not our corporate office in Raleigh, NC. We do however have Corporate Recruiters and Operations Staff that are hired to work from our corporate office and the interview process consists of meeting with our executive team and the salary is of course based off experience.
