I was interviewed on the phone by a highly motivated man who was very personable and had a charismatic personality. He believes in his company and I believe in it also. He convinced me that this job was the best.

It was an Online phone interview process. After some initial questions a supervisor joined in on the call and asked most of the questions to the end of the session.
