There was an initial pre-screen interview from one of the owners.
There was a second (technical) interview with the owner, a senior developer and a senior DBA where they had me decompose (describe) an MSSQL Stored Procedure.
They performed a background check.
Offer was presented verbally.
Offer was rejected .

It wasn't so much a question as it was a task. I was asked to decompose a stored procedure that created a dynamic TSQL script that was subsequently was passed to an SSIS package to retrieve data.
