The position I interviewed was with Kraft Analytics Group (KAGR). It's relevant here as The Kraft Group shares the same HR department.
After a phone screen by HR, and a follow up 30min talk with the hiring manager I was asked to come in. The group/panel interview process took up half of a day, as I met with a series of of employees I would be interacting with on a daily basis; peers, direct reports, as well as those I would be reporting too. All together I had a very positive experience meeting with these potential coworkers and answering their insightful questions. I found the discussion with the hiring manager very engaging and I was sincerely excited about the role, and how my skill set could assist the company with their goals.
On the flip side I was quite disappointing in the professionalism in their HR department. They are either stretched too thin and/or lacking in professional courtesy, as they elected to never follow up after the interview.
KAGR views themselves as a startup spin off of the Kraft Group. The office space has that feel, but their HR department is miles and miles behind any HR department that I have worked with in my 15 year career.
Do yourself a favor and review feedback left here, and contemplate if you really want to use a PTO day to interview with them. You might have a stellar interview; yet hear nothing.
