Interviewed for a marketing position a few months back, after making it to the final round, the recruiter ghosted me when I asked for updates. HR finally sent an automated rejection email, which felt inappropriate given how far along in the process I was. When I asked for feedback, I got no answer for 3 weeks and her response was vague. HR Rep then reached out a couple of months later for a sales position she felt I was well-suited for. I made it through 3 rounds of interviews for that role as well before being ghosted by the recruiter AGAIN. I followed up a week and a half after the last round interview and got no response, followed up again a week later and within 5 minutes of sending, I received the automated rejection email once again. I gave this company a second chance after an unprofessional interview process and I regret that- don't bother, big waste of time.
