Group Interview for 4 hours.
Before the interview on my question about what I needed to prepare, they told me that the questions would be mostly the same as was asked on the initial call.
But then, in the feedback they wrote that I was unprepared...?...
Also, feedback seems unclear, a bit dishonest, and with a bit of pressure because of some other unbelievable things.
The standard rejection would be even better than what they sent.
Waste of time.
Also, most of the candidates had just graduated and who never had experience with the media industry, also 2 employees were invited to tell about their experience in the company also was unexperienced before came to this company.
Unfortunately didn't check the reviews before the interview, the salary range is low for this role, maybe they are focused on a particular audience of candidates, who just graduated/have no experience, so and low salary rates.
