Recruiter was initially very pleasant to work with, very communicative, and very friendly. Was told I was a great fit for a position. 2 weeks passed following the initial phone interview. No follow-up, nothing. Had to contact the recruiter on multiple platforms to get a response because they tried to ghost me. Said I didn't have enough experience. Flat-out lied to me about being qualified for the job, tried to ghost me, and then continued to lie to my face about 'just being about to contact me' and 'the requirements for the job changed'. The Judge group does not respect candidate's time and will drop you in a heartbeat if you aren't going to make money for them.
