Entrevista
A recruiter called me about a role, asked me to complete a test, and then scheduled an interview with the client. It took a while as the client was unavailable for a few weeks, but the recruiter touched base weekly to let me know to expect an interview eventually. When the on-site interview was scheduled, the recruiter provided useful info about the people who would be interviewing me and the kinds of questions to expect. I enjoyed the interview and they told me to expect feedback in about ten days.
I reached out to the recruiter at The Judge Group weekly for status, and got no response. After 3 weeks of zero communication I assumed it was probably a No, but since the client had moved so slowly earlier, couldn't be certain. I reached out to someone else in The Judge Group, and the next day the recruiter finally called and had changed from being helpful and positive to being passive-aggressive and thoroughly unpleasant. It's too bad, because I really liked their client and would have applied for other roles through this vendor. She never did say what the status of the job was, but I assume she would have been polite if there was a chance that I'd get the job.

Had a lovely talk over the phone in regards to a position at an energy company for a business analyst position. I was a bit surprised finding out it was a contract position, no benefits and a low hourly rate. I was also taken a back by the position being more of a marketing admin role with a BA title.
Overall, phone interview was pleasant and I was asked to send my most recent resume in return to the email the recruiter sent to me.
The part that struck me as odd was the follow up email requesting I submit my Date of Birth and SSN via email. I've never heard of a company requesting this information before even sitting down with the client for the position.
I never have nor plan to ever submit my social via an unsecured platform. Nor before being further in the process of the application.
