I was asked by the supervisor if I had my Security Guard License, what hours I'd be available for, and if I was OK sometimes not getting shifts on days I was available. Finally I was asked if I was OK with traveling extensively, after confirming I was, I was allowed to join the company on a trial basis with the knowledge that if I got to many complaints early on I could be let go.
