The hiring process is somewhat strenuous and prolonged over a couple weeks, but very high attention to detail. The only thing I was somewhat upset about was that you are informed of potential bonus' each quarter, yet they do not inform you that they are actually a higher percentage of your productivity. It almost felt as if you were coaxed in with promises that you feel are attainable, but once getting the job and starting the extended goal to obtain the quarterly bonus' are not as easily reachable as lead to believe.

You always hear love at first site and that's how it felt for me from the moment I talked to Ashley Campbell to being here for now going on 3 months. She called me up and said that she heard about me from a former employee who was excited for me to come in and interview. Ashley was very easy to talk to and it was a refreshing conversation due to prior companies that I have worked for who you could tell didn't believe in what they were doing. I came in for the interview and was highly impressed from the moment I walked in to the time I left and knew that this was something that I wanted to be apart of. Talked to Ashley for about 30-45 minutes then Chris Mathew came in to talk to me about my why as I mention below. I have never seen someone with more knowledge and understanding of the industry like I saw from him that day. The entire executive team clearly knows what their doing and all I can say is that if you truly want to succeed, this will be your last job. The places that they are heading towards is not only cutting edge but also much more incredible than I could have ever imagined. The entire team here is dedicated to bringing not only something new but something that has never been seen or done before and I am happy to be apart of this team.

HR is the first to sit down with you to brief you on what The Inline Group does and what the company aims to do. Then you sit down with the manager of your department to further discuss you goals and where you see yourself at this facility.
