District manager conducted interview and asked 6-8 questions pertaining to the supervisor position. After answering each question my boss would ask followup questions which I would then answer. At the end of the interview he asked me a couple questions not from the required list. Once I answered those he went over some of his expectations for the position and then I asked him a few questions about the job.
