First, you talk with the HR/Hiring manager. Then you move on to the store manager. They mainly want to see that you are a nice and warm person. They want to make sure that you have common sense and people skills.

Applied online and completed the assessment. I applied and interviewed at 2 different stores in St. Louis for Cashier and Lead Cashier positions. Interviews seemed to go well. There is no follow up from the store on your status. When you go into the candidate portal to check your application status, it provides no updates. I also called the stores to follow up on status with no response. Companies are complaining they can't find good employees to work.
