Applied online for a CSA in seasonal lawn & garden. Local store contacted me and set up interview in just 2 days. Two days later went for a short interview. Interviewed with department manager and his manager. They were very very young for being department managers -- only in their mid 20's.
Anyway, I think they had already had someone selected for the position and were just interested to see if I could possibly fit in other open positions.

I applied online, filled out a short questionnaire, and then had an in-person interview. There was very little discussed in the interview, they just mostly asked me about my availability. It was an easy experience.

Very normal job interview, asked basic questions and hired on the spot. I enjoyed the interviewer, she was nice an knowledgable. Seemed like a fun workplace. Everyone was welcoming and they took my badge photo the same day
