The manager the position reports to and his boss read off of a script and basically every question started with " describe a time when" . They were pleasant but not engaged. I had to lead the interview to discuss the actual work specific to the role

3 step. Situational Interview. Several candidates minimum. Long time to finalize offer. Great company. Very competitive. Great to add to any resume. It helps if you have an internal coach
