El proceso duró 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en The Home Depot en sept 2009
Entrevista
About a month after I applied online I was called to set up an interview. I thought it would go very smoothly as I considered myself overqualified for the job. The actual interview tripped me up quite a bit as I was asked a number of situational questions and "how would you..." approaches to problem solving. Probably the most difficult part was the role playing where I read a sheet with some information on a specific product and then had to relay the information to the interviewer playing the part of a co-worker. It wasn't that much information but I did not have very much time to take it all in and the whole thing just ended up being very awkward.
In the end I did not get offered the job.
I thought it was ridiculous that they made their HR people wear Home Depot aprons inside the regional office.
It was a pretty average interview process where I was asked some personality questions. I was also asked how I handled difficult work situations in the past. The person I interviewed with was very nice. It took a couple weeks before I heard back from them with an offer.

Pregunta 1
They asked me to tell them about a difficult situation with a customer and how I handled it.
It's an online application with a personality test, but it took a looonnnng time for them to even reach out to me. Mine specifically took over a month for someone to even reach out to me.

The interview process for the Home Depot location in Key West Florida was very laidback and easy, I ended up receiving an offer on the day of interview which was definitely a big plus.
