Entrevista
I filled out the application online, not really expecting a response. About a week later I got a call to conduct a brief online interview. After the interview, the interviewer set up an in-person interview at the store. I was told a specific time -- Friday at 2:30 PM -- but when I got there, there were a whole slew of people waiting around for their interview as well. Very disorganized.
Finally, after about an hour's wait, I had my interview with a department supervisor. He was really nice and easy to talk to. Most of the questions were the same as in the phone interview -- basically "what would you do in such and such situation" and "what do you think good customer service is?" and so on. He seemed impressed by my answers and told me that I was going to have a talk with the Co-manager about the rest of the hiring process. I waited another half an hour until the Co-manager was available to talk.
Once the Co-manager met with me, he gave me another set of interview questions that I wasn't really expecting. I answered them as best as I could. Then he got to availability, and that's when everything went downhill. Apparently, even though my application stated quite clearly that I was not available during the day, they were looking for people specifically for daytime shifts. So he gave me the same old "we'll call you in a day or two" crock (instead of just coming out and saying I wasn't what they were looking for, and even perhaps APOLOGIZING for the misunderstanding and inconvenience) and quickly rushed me out the door. A whole two hours of my life wasted.

20-minute interview, asked scenario-based questions and experiences with customer service. The interview had a video call component and an in-person interview. The interview had questions about comfort with learning new programs and asked about availability.
it was short and it was simple very quick and they hired me on the spot probably due to needing people and being short staffed, but the staff was nice and polite they did also send me an email before hand to schedule my interview

They asked several questions but due to the fact that I was so over qualified...it was 'how soon can you start".
