Initial interview was over the phone with someone at the corporate level. After the initial interview, one was scheduled for in store. Very standard. Dress business casual in closed toed shoes. Basic questioned asked about your past work experience and your ability to work in a team environment.

I applied online, and in less than a week, I received an email to schedule a virtual interview with HR from Toronto. He asked me how many hours I could work, if I could start at 6 AM, work Monday to Friday, and if I could lift up to 30 lbs. After that, I talked about myself and answered his interview questions. I had the online interview on Friday, and he scheduled my next in-person interview for Tuesday. I went into the store and met with the MET department. He talked about the benefits and the work environment. He only asked again if I could work from 6 AM, and he said that if I get an offer, I would need to sign it and send it back. Two days later, I got the offer.
