I applied online and received a phone call within a week. They scheduled me for an interview 3 days later.
The interview was very informal and it was super easy! I was nervous but the manager interviewing me was so friendly and encouraging and really liked my responses even though I was very nervous.
I was hired on the spot and they sent me to do a drug test and did my background test.

One of the hardest interviews ive ever had. It wasnt like the last home depot job interview i had a couple years ago. With this one i was asked a ton of questions and scenarios and she wrote down all my answers and scored it i think. Ughhh. And she made me meet everyone before i was even hired. I felt so much pressure to accept the offer after that. With my other HD job in 2023 i was just asked about my availability so thats what i was expecting. I wasnt prepared for like 20 questions.

I applied online, filled out a short questionnaire, and then had an in-person interview. There was very little discussed in the interview, they just mostly asked me about my availability. It was an easy experience.
