I went through two rounds of virtual interviews, first with a recruiter and then with the team. With the second interview, it was a sort of round robin multiple person interview. Pleasant experience.
Virtual interview conducted through Teams. First with hiring manager and then a panel with the team. Rarely will there be more than 2 interviews. Now since RTO the final interview may be in person
