I found the job via LinkedIn and applied separately on the company website. Within a couple of days I was contacted by an internal Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) who set up a phone call to go over the role and to make sure I was a fit for the interview process. After the call I was contacted again by the TAS to be scheduled for the interview. The initial interview was two hours long and broken up into 30 minute intervals with four different people (two Sr. Underwriters & two Underwriting Directors). Within a couple hours I received a call from the TAS and scheduled a final 30 minute interview with the VP of Underwriting for the specific line for the next day. Overall it was one of the best interview experiences I've had in my career. Hanover does a great job at making sure you're going to fit into the team
