I submitted my application and really liked how they wanted to get to know me as a person with their online questions. Next, I had an informal interview with HR, which was wonderful. Next, I had an interview with another HOTHer in HR and two of my potential managers in-person. My final interview was over Zoom with my direct boss/manager.
