I applied on LinkedIn and was quickly contacted for an initial interview. It was only about 20 minutes long, pretty casual, but I got really positive feedback from the interviewer. However, I was totally ghosted afterwards. After reading the reviews on Glassdoor, I feel like I dodged a bullet.
