Sent my resume and got a message back rather quickly, the preliminary interview was easy, no technical stuff, just employment history. Just me and HR. They said they wanted me to interview with the vp starting next week, then proceeded to ghost me. My emails to them went unanswered for months now. This is unprofessional behavior, I expect a company to let me know why they changed their mind about me and not just ghost me.
