Entrevista
Very few hoops to jump through, only two interviews - one phone screening and final interview later that same week. "Interview" was mostly conversational, very few questions asked beyond walking through resume. Heard back over a week later, "going in a different direction." After looking through reviews on Glassdoor, not being given an offer was for the best, grateful that the overall process was only two weeks wasted as opposed to other non-profits that give interview candidates the run around for months on end.

They followed up soon after I submitted my application. I had multiple interviews in a two week period. All of them were done virtually. The last one was with the Founder.

2 phone interviews with Senior Foundation Managers --> an in-person interview with Foundation Manager, COO, and a pop-up by the CEO.
I completed the in-person interview and never heard back from them. They reposted the position with a lower salary band than what was previously posted/what I shared with them.
