Very professionally managed, there were 3 rounds in total. 1. HR Manager - Shared with me the expectations, job description, and accounts and size of team that I would be required to lead. 2. Managing Director - Very pleasant lady, sharp, articulate and clearly someone who rolls up the sleeves and not just sit on the iron throne. 3. Chemistry with Team - I was the most impressed with this segment the best as it shows that the agency does care about its employees. The suits seemed motivated and asked the right questions. Very culturally led session and not skills based. HR came back to me within 2 weeks, and although I was not hired for the role, the process left me with a strong impression.
