I had one phone interview and two in person interviews. The phone interview was brief and informative about the position. I scheduled my first in person interview during the phone interview. They had me come in and wait in the conference room for about 5 min past my scheduled time (I arrived 10 min early). When I finally sat down with the person in charge of hiring, we talked for maybe 15 minutes about my work experience and about the tasks involved with the job. She then told me about the founding partner and his personality as a warning before I interviewed with him. When I came in for my second interview, we sat down with the founding partner for over an hour discussing my future goals, my skills, the position, the company culture, and how I would fit into all of that. At the end they told me they were making their decision tonight and that I would hear from them either way. I never heard back. They won't return my phone calls or voicemails.
