Great interview process! I had a bunch of interviews in progress when I was invited to Engage Partnership - and this was the most genuine. I got a chance to meet everyone I'd be working with, including a good chat with upper management. Everyone was really transparent about expectations and there was a feel of a discussion, rather than a typical interview interrogation. Despite multiple offers, this process led me to choosing Engage.

Interview process was very smooth, advised to dress informally as per their preferred office attire. Throughout the whole process I was made to feel welcome and I was able to get a solid feel of the culture of the business. Spoke to a few different people and each had their own questions for me and style of putting them, but throughout the one common thing I took away was the feel of the culture and how everyone works
