I participated in the CV process and the group discussion with 4-5 people. I failed at the discussion because the question was really difficult. It seemed like there was no right or wrong answer but they care so much about your attitude, manner, and teamwork.

2.Team discussion + Team Presentation in front of everyone.
3.Final Interview
After two or three days, I got a call from the company. But another applicant got a call after two weeks.

2.What is your best quality?
The interview takes place in several stages over two days. The first stage is a presentation of the company, followed by questions. Then there are group activities and individual face-to-face interviews. They also check your height. The next day there is another individual interview with a medical check.
it was done through an agent and the agency was talking more about himself than trying to ease attendee’s nervousness. Not sure what his rule is as outstanding candidates with good communication skills and looks were not shortlisted.
