The interview was organized and short. Very relaxed interviewer with a lot of knowledge for a person without any experience that is interviewing for the position. Answered honestly to my questions about the company.

Painful, incompetent. I didn’t make it past the recruiter - who was based out of Orlando. I told her to call me at any time except for time A. She called me at time A. She then immediately told me I wouldn’t be a good fit for the position because I’m not a climber. This isn’t a climbing position - it’s managing climbers. I manage climbers now. Just incompetent. Giving a neutral rating because the actual company might be okay
