scam!!! They make it fancy talking all about management in a 3 interview process. 1. Phone. 2.Sam's club cafe area (very professional) 3. Make an offer over the phone (no clients involved like they say) if you're not a complete idiot, you'll get the job.

It's very suspenseful like any interview process. The reason it's a 3 Round process is the fact that they want to make sure it's as good of a fit for them as it is for you. Face-to-face in office, on site at the club, and then over the phone. When I was interviewing I felt like the company and the people that represented it were really digging and getting to know me as a person to make sure that the opportunity was something I was genuinely driven by and wanted for myself. Not everyone can wrap their heads around the concept of the business, which is why people think it's a scam. It's totally transparent and they don't hide anything from you. Ask a question and they will answer you with full honesty.
