HR sent an 3hr assessment to complete. Even though it's 3 hrs, questions in assessment are very easy for a lead level. It contains programming, Automation, theoretical and multiple choice questions. I answered all the questions perfectly. But after a month, i recieved an email from HR I couldn't clear it. I really doubt if this company is actually recruiting or just sending assessments to candidates to promote the brand. Better to avoid these kind of companies.
