A phone interview with the GM. (I misunderstood and it was meant to be in person). But the GM was totally OK with the mix-up and we had a great conversation about the organization, the role and their store's culture.
Quite easy, the interviewing process is a call to get to know each other and set up an in person interview. In person interview ask generic questions to see if you fit the team.
