Competence base interview. The interview was based on experience and competencies relvant for the role and the company. Required method is the star method to discuss wmvaripis examples from operational to leadership skills. It was a really good interview experience, even if in the end I didn't the offer
The process was messy. The recruiter led me to believe one thing and a totally different outcome was give very unprofessional and the communication was terrible. I expected more from Cokes TALENT TEAM especially dealing with a Senior Level position
