It is a lengthy process. Meet with recruiter and then the hiring manager. If hiring manager feels a good fit then you will be scheduled for a prep session to get you ready for a meet and greet with the client.

Entrevista
The interview process for Cigna takes a couple of months and 5 interviews. Most of the interviews are phone and the last is a group interview. The interview process is too long and not effective. Cigna allows the actual company to make the choice after being interviewed by intelligent individuals with Cigna who have a background in Health. The company who was looking for the onsite health coach had 2 people who did the interviewing and they did not have a background in health and constantly asked the same questions over and over again. One of the ladies doing the interviewing was resistant and wanted a specific answer to things that if you were in health care would realize that you can't clinically answer it. However, the Onsite health coach manager was pleasant, smart and has a wonderful demeanor.
