Setting up the interview was quick and easy. Two manager panel interview over the phone with typical behavioral questions. Both managers seemed very nice and gave a lot of great information. Told me it would be 2-3 weeks for the interviewing to conclude and reach a decision. 3 weeks out I emailed the recruiter to ask for an update and she said they were still interviewing and she would get back to me with an update but I never heard back and she is not responding to further emails. Very unprofessional to ghost potential candidates.

Tell me about a time that you had to make a quick decision with very little information.
The interview process is very easy and straightforward. The process does not take very long from the time you interview until you are offered a position. The interview is very casual. It’s more of a discussion of expectations and your experience.

They used the SAR method during the interview process. They give you a situation and ask you how you would handle it now or in the past. It was a difficult interview.
