My process from start to finish took 2 months to be hired. (I’m a SAHM so I had the luxury of waiting this long) I was interviewed 3 times (1 phone interview, 1 interview with someone on my team & 1 interview with the top people on my team) all interviews were 30 min. Questions were behavioral based and some was based off of my background and needs for the role I was going for. I can’t stress enough to look into the job description and look up those terms and study them. That way you can stand out and show that you are being proactive and will be a quick learner. All of the people who interviewed me were kind and polite. Extremely smart so don’t lie, they will know it. I believe my interviews went well because I made it very conversational. I looked up their names, where they went to school, and really came off personable. Very long wait but I got offered an amazing starting pay and a remote position, so no need to travel back and forth to the office. Be kind, patient and send follow up emails saying thank you.
