Applied online and received an email to schedule a phone call. Call lasted 20 minutes and was with an HR person who read straight off of the job description. Heard back the next day to schedule a WebEx interview with the program director. This interview consisted of the director reading off behavioral questions straight off of a sheet of questions that she had pulled up on another monitor. Heard back from the original HR person over 2 months later, in which they had to reschedule calling me to tell me the decision three times.
