I've been employed as a contractor through an Agency for Cigna for 1 year +. I applied through Cigna's career portal, Workday. I got contacted by the recruiter a day later, and got an interview setup after 3 weeks. Went for the interview on Friday and got an offer the following Monday. I was interviewed by 3 people, the hiring manager, engineering director and a peer software engineer. I was asked about my background and work experiences, and was asked to take the team on a walkthrough of an large app I worked on as a Cigna Contractor. The questions were centered around the codebase of the application.
