Applied online, was called for very brief phone interview and then brought in for an in-person. Very casual and easy. Mostly testing personality rather than answers to actual questions. More like a conversation than a test.

You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.
