I went into the restaurant and interviewed with one of the managers. This was followed by meeting the General Manager to answer a few more questions about my experience and desire to work at the Cheesecake Factory.

Pretty straightforward, they ask about your experience and how you would deal with certain customers. They ask about problem solving skills and customer service scenarios. They ask what you want from the job and where you see yourself in 5 years.
Simple interview process. Go in person and answer some basic questions with floor manager and they'll let you know if you got the job or not pretty much right there. Pretty sure everyone will get in.
