I initially went in as a server but the manager was nice enough to suggest something that would fit me to begin with. First was a phone interview, then call back for in-person interview with the manager (the position you applied for) then you have an interview with the general manager. Be nice and friendly. Smile- a smile goes a long way. Be aware of your body language, be nervous but not overly nervous, or in other words don't show that you're nervous.

Applied online through in depth application. Received a call a few days later and set up an in person interview. In person interview with a manager was quick and easy. I was hired on the spot and then asked to come in a couple of days later to fill out paperwork. Overall, good experience.
