2) one-on-one face-to-face with server manager
3) Final one-on-one with general manager
I applied online and was called the following morning for a brief phone interview. I was then called into the new location hire center. They asked me to wait in an interviewee area with a table that had a TV on and Cheesecake Factory menus to review while waiting. The TV had a very upbeat video done by Cheesecake Factory Employees. The video was very motivational and got me even more pumped to work there. Both managers i met with were super nice and made e feel very comfortable during the process. Seems like a place where i will meet my new batch of life long friends! Cant wait for orientation!

How can you tell when one of your coworkers is upset?
It was a 2-step interview. The first interview was with a manager and the second interview followed about 15 minutes after with the general manager. Both were very pleasant and asked general interview questions.

Entrevista
Interviewer had a personal biased about unemployed individuals. Had questioning attitude that didn't feel welcoming. Set uneasy vibes during the interview. Second interview was abducted but was not really interview it was previous process. They kept saying they need certain expectations but didn't meet the candidates.

Easy low stress. Managment was kind and not threatening. Everyone I met was super friendly. They were happy to here I had past experience and were super helpful in answering all of my questions.
