There is an online application process, and they contact you with a follow-up fairly quickly. There is a very long personality questionnaire to fill out when applying to see what kind of person you are prior to receiving an interview. Afterward, if you are given an interview, you will most likely be called to the restaurant for an in-person interview during slow hours or before opening.

You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.

Also asked about past work history, specifically if you've worked in retail or fast food/a restaurant before
