There were three interviews in one day. One with the assistant manager, one with service manager and one with general manager. The interviews were approximately 15 to 20 minutes long. The general manager took the longest. There may have been a personality test I had to take but I do not remember.

Short and immediately hired. I will say they hire based mainly on recommendations from other employees. But the interview was good and I was explained everything that would be needed from me (licenses, food cards, etc) and they love open availability on the weekends.

The interviewer was nice, and the interview was fairly straightforward. Not too many questions were asked. The environment was nice, and the workers seemed happy to be there. Really great experience.
informal chat, getting to know you, one round. I would say that it is more about knowing your personality but of course you are also tested practically too. For instance, can you work under pressure, can you work well with other people - the stuff that shows your personality more so than grades.
