I first met with the manager in person for a brief get-to-know-me session where I gave him my resume and talked about experience and future goals. Then I had a phone interview that was very detailed, lasting for about 30-45 minutes. The questions were a little tough for a Hostess job, but I can see why they would ask them. I have had other interviews with salary-paying jobs that were was easier. Just make sure to prepare and also be good on your feet!

They asked a lot of situational questions e.g. "Describe a time when you dealt with a conflict." And, "What would you do in this situation." They also asked me to give them 3 life mottoes that I live by which was a little tough to come up with on the spot.
Good and brief. The interview lasted a couple of minutes it went well but there was no response to whether I got a job or not. The manager was very nice

Entrevista
You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.

Very easy interview process. I sat down with one of the shift managers and we went over job duties, my experience and availability. They mostly ask about reliability and availability.
